ULI Hong Kong YLG x GBA On Tour: Glimpse Into The Hi-Tech Future of HeTao

ULI HK YLG is thrilled to invite you for an extraordinary tour in exploring the opportunities at HeTao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone (HTCZ), one of the key engines driving the development of the Northern Metropolis and a prominent platform for cooperation in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
During this exclusive tour, you will visit several notable locations that showcase dynamic development opportunities, advanced technology, and the potential of extensive Hong Kong-Shenzhen collaboration:
· HTCZ Exhibition Center: Gain a deeper understanding of the vision and extensive opportunities available for developers and IT entities in HTCZ and an in-person visit to envision the possibilities that await in this zone
· HKUST Shenzhen-Hong Kong Collaborative Innovation Research Institute (SHCIRI): Witness how this cross-border partnerships leverages the competitive advantages of Hong Kong and Shenzhen in enhancing the overall position and capacities of SHCIRI
· Tian An Cyber Park: Immerse yourself in the large-scale application of cutting-edge smart building technology, experiencing its proprietary innovative operations and management tools.
The tour is designed for any individuals and organizations interested in business and development opportunities of HeTao and Proptech enterprises interested in smart city technology and development. The tours will be conducted in Mandarin.
Itinerary:
09:30: Meet up at Futian HSR Station
10:00: HTCZ Exhibition Center
11:30: HKUST Shenzhen-Hong Kong Collaborative Innovation Research Institute (SHCIRI)
12:30: Lunch
14:00: Tian An Cyber Park
16:30: Depart from Futian HSR Station back to Hong Kong
We kindly remind you that attendees are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents for the tour in Shenzhen. Transportation to Futian HSR Station should also be arranged by attendees. Closer to the event date, we will provide recommendations for a recommended train.
