Building for a Better Future in Hong Kong

In the Fall of 2021, a group of ULI Hong Kong member leaders started a series of discussions with the goal of gathering our global knowledge and forming recommendations to build for a better future in our beloved city, Hong Kong.

With over 800 members in Hong Kong and 46,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, ULI is uniquely positioned as the most community minded, multi-disciplinary global nonprofit research and education organization, dedicated to facilitating the open exchange of ideas, best practices and experiences on the local and international level.

We have shared our ideas in a submission in April 2022 to the Chief Executive Elect, with our recommendations focusing on Net Zero, Housing, Urban Regeneration, The Role of the Private Sector and Education, Health and Lifestyle. We look forward to working with local government and private sector leaders to continue the dialogue with the goal of creating practical solutions for the betterment of Hong Kong.
