2025 ULI Hong Kong Fall Conference

“Redefining Urban Living in Hong Kong”

Hong Kong’s urban landscape is evolving at an unprecedented pace, driven by shifting demographics and innovative housing models. The 2025 ULI Hong Kong Fall Conference, Redefining Urban Living in Hong Kong, will bring together the city’s foremost real estate leaders, developers, investors, and thought leaders to explore the future of living in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.

Set for 23 October 2025, this half-day conference will explore the forces reshaping the private residential market - from the expansion of new kinds of living options, understanding the unique needs of residents, to the challenges of asset conversion in response to growing demand both locally and across the border. Against the backdrop of regional capital flows and urban transformation, we’ll examine how Hong Kong can unlock untapped opportunities and maintain a thriving housing market that meets the needs of future generations.

Join us for an afternoon of sharp insights, forward-thinking dialogue, and high-level networking as we chart the course for Hong Kong’s next chapter in urban living. The discussions will set the stage for an evening cocktail reception, offering a prime opportunity to connect with industry leaders and decision-makers.

Be part of the conversation that will redefine where—and how—Hong Kong lives.
